Pastoral Commentary On Dissociative Disorders: A Primer For Pastors, 1995, by Rev Howard Whitaker, DMin. It can be order from Clinical Pastoral Services, 744 McCallie Avenue, Suite 516, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37403

I found this book to be excellent. The author is an Episcopal priest who did a lot of work as a consultant, coordinating with therapists as he focused on religious and spiritual conflicts. This book can be recommended to not only clergy, but also therapists and those who have been abused.

There is also an excellent home page including the author's E-Mail address. The home page addresses many issues important in pastoral care of traumatized persons.
